广电总局推进全国酒店电视操作复杂专项治理：开机看直播 本月全面完成
国家广播电视总局日前召开全国酒店电视操作复杂专项治理工作推进会，肯定了全国酒店电视操作复杂专项治理工作取得的阶段性成效。
会议要求各地广电局、各级电信运营商、各酒店管理集团要扛起主体责任，确保6月30日治理任务如期全面完成。对于纳入9月30日前完成治理的酒店，也要力争提前完成。
对于使用违规直播信号源的，要在治理过程中同步抓紧整改，尽早接入规范的直播信号源。

As an alternative to Zoom, many people are using end-to-end encrypted apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Signal to speak to friends and family face-to-face since coronavirus lockdowns started to take place across the world. There’s another option—secure communications app Telegram just added video calling to its feature set, available on both iOS and Android. The new feature is also super secure—like Signal and WhatsApp and unlike Zoom (yet), video calls will be end-to-end encrypted.
