🔴🔻به همت دانشکده مهندسی عمران و محیط زیست و با همکاری انجمن علمی دانشجویی این دانشکده روز شنبه ۱۷ آذر ماه سال ۱۴۰۳ به مناسبت روز دانشجو دورهمی استاد دانشجویی دانشکده مهندسی عمران و محیط زیست با حضور جمعی از اساتید و دانشجویان دانشکده برگزار گردید.🔻🔴

🔷️🔶️در این مراسم در ابتدا گزارشی از امور انجام شده انجمن علمی دانشجویی دانشکده مهندسی عمران و محیط زیست در سال تحصیلی ۰۳-۱۴۰۲ ارائه گردید و در ادامه اساتید دانشکده (به طور خاص هیئت رئیسه دانشکده) ضمن گرامی داشت روز دانشجو به گفتگوی دوستانه با دانشجویان پرداختند و پذیرای انتقادات و پیشنهادات دانشجویان بودند.
در ادامه برنامه ضمن تقدیر از اساتید و دانشجویان فعال علمی فرهنگی دانشکده، مسابقه پانتومیم و طرح سوال برگزار گردید و هدایایی تقدیم عزیزان شد.🔷️🔶️

What Is Bitcoin?

That’s by design: Core to their decentralized nature, Bitcoins aren’t backed by the government or any issuing institution, and there’s nothing to guarantee their value besides the proof baked in the heart of the system. “The reason why it’s worth money is simply because we, as people, decided it has value—same as gold,” says Anton Mozgovoy, co-founder & CEO of digital financial service company Holyheld.

Telegram hopes to raise $1bn with a convertible bond private placement

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
