This should be seen in the context of the Russian ruling class calling all forms of European nationalism "Nazism" -- and the over-the-top hype of the "Victory Day" with Russia as the champion of the multi-racial Global Majority against "Eurofascism" (i.e., simply Europe).

Not to mention that Europe is called a "hellspawn" in Russian state media - and the talk of Africa's revenge against the West...
