📝Тесто: Кефир - 1ст Мука - 3-3,5ст Яйцо - 1шт Дрожжи живые - 25гр (или 1ч.л. Сухих) Растительное масло, соль сахар 🥧 Кефир подогреваем и выливаем в ёмкость. Добавляем дрожжи, соль, сахар, растительное масло, яйцо и 1 стакан муки. Перемешиваем и оставляем на 15 минут. Затем частями добавляем остатки муки хорошо перемешивая. Как тесто перестанет прилипать к рукам, смазываем его растительным маслом и оставляем на час в тёплом месте) 🥧Как тесто подойдёт, подминаем его и оставляем ещё на час. Затем формируем одинаковые колобки и добавляем начинку по вкусу) смазываем пирожки яйцом и оставляем постоять 10 минут) Выпекаем в разогретой духовке на 200 градусов 20-25 минут) приятного 🤗
