pegi krabi dlu makan siakap stim dia tiap2 malam pnya la sedap smpai xleh move on.. puas cari serata KL order stim halia la stim limau la mmg xada yg sama sekali pn dah ke kedai tomyam cek mek kelate-thailand.. last2 dapat resepi dr kawan org thai baru tau rupanya nama masakan kt krabi yg kami makan tu dlu nama dia Pla neung Manao.. baru la same! puas hati... xyah nk ke krabi dah lepas ni klu nk makan Pla Neung Manao nih.. 😋

resepi:
ikan siakap/jenahak/merah/kepala ikan
2btg serai (ketuk)
8-10 bj bwg putih (cincang halus)
8-10 bji cili api (cincang halus)
2 bji lada besar(cincang halus)
2-3batang pokok ketumbar-dr akar smp kedaun (cincang)
3 sudu sos ikan
1 sudu gula putih
1/4 mangkuk kecil jus limau nipis(perah)
1/2 stok ayam (chicken brooth) atau 1/2 chicken stock(brand knorr/maggi)
sedikit garam dan perasa
campur semua bahan2 diatas dlm 1 bekas.kacau sebati.

rebus/kukus ikan 5-10 mnt:
lps tu masukkn bahan yg dah dicampur diatas rebus/kukus lg 5 minit..
siap!

p/s: itu bkn biji cili yee.. itu bawang putih yg dah dicincang halus.. nmpk mcm biji cili hahahahaaa 😅
