1) Вылечить полностью зубы; 2) Пройти курсы первой медицинской помощи; 3) Если с физухой совсем туго - подтянуть по возможности. Чтобы ворога в прицеле не смешить.
Как то так думаю. Ну и вдумчиво подсобрать экипировку, "чтоб було" тоже, уверен, нелишне.
Эта война надолго. США и ЕС хотят нас уничтожить. Физически, как в 1941 году не получилось у возлюбленного ими Гитлера. И поверьте, сейчас они приложат все силы.
