- Switched to Proton Clang
- Don't let Google Camera run in the background(Avoid 100% Cpu)

- Disable I/O stats
- Disabled Cpu Boost (We are using Cib Now)
- Use schedutil rate-limits from Pixel 3
- Switch sched scaling to linear(Improves Performance)
- Use 100Hz Tick Rate
- Introduced Dc Dimming
- zRam Backports and Optimizations
- Enabled zRam Write Back
- Increase vmstat interval to 20 seconds(Less Jitter)
- mm: Optimizations
- Nuked alot of logspams
