（中央社台北27日電）上海合作組織防長會議昨天在青島閉幕。印度防長辛赫與會，為2020年加勒萬河谷衝突以來，首名訪中的印度防長，顯示中印關係回暖。但美聯社報導，會議聯合聲明未提及4月克什米爾攻擊事件，印度暗示此舉偏袒巴基斯坦，拒絕簽署。
據美聯社、#香港 明報等媒體報導，這次會議是最多成員國參加的一次防長會，#印度、#巴基斯坦、#伊朗 等國防長都到場與會。中國防長董軍主持會議時表示，國際形勢變亂交織之際，尤其需要上合組織發揮「穩定錨」作用，各成員國推動防務安全合作行穩致遠。

However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
