في الحاله الثانيه بسبب نقص فيتامين ب ١٢ يواجه نخاع العظم مشكله في انتاج خلايا جديده وبالتالي نقص في الخلايا الشبكية.
الحاله الثالثه هي مشابهه للحاله الثانيه فنقص الحديد يحد من انتاج خلايا جديدة .

الحالة الاخيرة hemolytic anemia هي الحاله الوحيدة الذي يقوم فيها نخاع العظم بتكوين خلايا جديده بسبب التكسر الدائم للخلايا وعدم وجود نقص في اي من المكونات اللازمه لتكوين خلايا جديدة .
