中简科技：拟投资 14.02 亿元建设高性能碳纤维产品项目
中简科技公告，公司于 2025 年 5 月 30 日召开董事会，审议通过了《关于投资建设高性能碳纤维产品项目的议案》。项目总投资金额为 14.02 亿元，预计建设期为 36 个月。项目实施主体为中简科技股份有限公司，建设地点位于常州市新北区滨江经济开发区。项目预计达产后，年销售收入为 15.88 亿元，年利润总额为 9.1 亿元，年净利润为 7.74 亿元。项目资金来源暂以自有资金投入，公司将根据实际情况采用包括但不限于股权融资、债券发行、项目贷款等融资方式满足资金需求。
