迪阿股份 5 月 30 日公告，董事会于近日收到公司董事胡晓明的书面辞职报告。胡晓明因个人原因，申请辞去其所担任的董事、战略与可持续发展委员会委员职务，辞职后胡晓明不再担任公司任何职务，其辞职不会影响公司相关工作的正常运行。
