锦富技术：收到行政处罚事先告知书
锦富技术公告，公司收到中国证监会下发的《行政处罚事先告知书》。经查明，公司 2021 年第一季度、半年度和前三季度分别虚增营业收入 5293.88 万元、1.11 亿元和 1.72 亿元，占公司当期报告记载的营业收入的比例分别为 20.02%、21.14% 和 20.74%，导致公司披露的《2021 年第一季度报告》《2021 年半年度报告》《2021 年第三季度报告》存在虚假记载。中国证监会拟对公司给予警告，并处以四百万元罚款。

The campaign, which security firm Check Point has named Rampant Kitten, comprises two main components, one for Windows and the other for Android. Rampant Kitten’s objective is to steal Telegram messages, passwords, and two-factor authentication codes sent by SMS and then also take screenshots and record sounds within earshot of an infected phone, the researchers said in a post published on Friday.
