企查查 APP 显示，近日，绍兴市越丰华进出口有限公司成立，法定代表人为王建海，注册资本 200 万元，经营范围包含：货物进出口；针纺织品销售；针纺织品及原料销售。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由西大门 (605155) 全资持股。
