新希望近日公告披露了公司第十届董事会非独立董事候选人名单。经公司董事会推荐，并由董事会提名委员会审核无异议后，选举刘畅、张明贵、陶玉岭、杨芳、李建雄、周伯平为公司第十届董事会非独立董事。这意味着，74 岁的刘永好退出了新希望董事会席位。自公司 1998 年上市成为董事以来，他已担任 27 年的新希望董事。记者 3 月 20 日从新希望相关人士获悉，刘永好上市公司实际控制人身份不变。（澎湃新闻）
