盛德鑫泰：控股股东、实际控制人的一致行动人拟减持不超过 1% 公司股份
盛德鑫泰 (300881.SZ) 公告称，公司控股股东、实际控制人的一致行动人常州联泓企业管理中心（有限合伙）、常州鑫泰企业管理中心（有限合伙）计划通过集中竞价方式分别减持不超过 793,120 股和 300,000 股，合计减持比例不超过公司剔除回购专用账户股份后的总股本的 1%。减持原因为自身资金需求，减持期间为自公告发布之日起 15 个交易日后的三个月内。

However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
