上海亚虹：股东拟减持不超过 3% 公司股份
上海亚虹公告，持股 5% 以上股东谢亚明计划通过大宗交易及集中竞价方式减持不超过 420 万股，即合计减持不超过公司总股本的 3%。减持期间自公告披露日起 15 个交易日后的三个月内进行。减持价格将按照减持实施期间的市场价格确定。
