祥鑫科技公告称，近日分别与三度智能、武迪电子签订《人形机器人关键零部件战略合作协议》和《新能源汽车关键零部件战略合作协议》。公司与三度智能围绕 “人形机器人关键技术”、与武迪电子围绕 “新能源汽车关键零部件” 建立战略合作关系，以推动产业发展。此次合作有利于充分发挥各自的人才优势、技术优势和市场优势，实现优势互补、资源共享、互利共赢，符合公司的发展规划。但对公司当期业绩不构成重大影响，亦不存在损害股东利益的情形。

As per the Telegram blog post, users can “Toggle Remain Anonymous in Admin rights to enable Batman mode. The anonymized admin will be hidden in the list of group members, and their messages in the chat will be signed with the group name, similar to channel posts.”
