会见秘鲁外长斯基亚莱尔时，王毅说，去年习近平主席同博鲁阿尔特总统实现互访，中方愿落实好两国元首重要共识，推动中秘全面战略伙伴关系不断迈上新台阶。两国元首共同宣布钱凯港开港，成为促进发展中国家团结合作、加快发展振兴的标志。中方愿同秘方深化各领域互利合作。
斯基亚莱尔表示，秘鲁坚定恪守一个中国原则，期待同中方深化政治、经贸、科技、文化等全方位合作，愿共同建设好钱凯港工业园区，进一步推进两国自贸合作，加快商签避免双重征税协定。
