عَنْ عَبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " خَيْرُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ، وَخَيْرُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ". أخرجه الترمذي ٣٥٨٥ وصححه الألباني في صحيح الترغيب ١٥٣٦.
AbduLlaah ibn ‘Amr Ibnu Al-‘Aas رضي الله عنهما narrated that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: The best of du’a is du’a on the day of ‘Arafah, and the best that I and the Prophets before me said is Laa ilaaha illa-Llaah wahdaHu la sharika laH, laHul-mulk wa laHu’l-hamd wa Huwa ‘ala kulli shay-in qadir (There is no diety that deserves true worship except Allaah Alone, He has no partner; to Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things).
