أجبرت الفيضانات العارمة في مقاطعة قويتشو، جنوب غربي الصين، سلطات البلاد على إجلاء أكثر من 80 ألف شخص بعد هطول أمطار غزيرة تسببت بفيضان الأنهار في المقاطعة، إذ غمرت مياه السيول مواقف السيارات والمراكز التجارية.
