حکم اعدام حمید حسین‌نژاد حیدرانلو، زندانی سیاسی کُرد در دیوان عالی کشور تایید شده است.
حمید حسین‌نژاد به اتهام «بغی» به اعدام محکوم شده است. او متولد ۱۳۶۴ و پدر سه فرزند است. این زندانی پیشتر توسط شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب ارومیه به ریاست قاضی «نجف‌زاده» به اتهام «بغی» به اعدام محکوم شده بود. این قاضی بدون توجه به دفاعیات حسین‌نژاد در یک دادگاه چند دقیقەای با استناد به «علم قاضی» اقدام به صدور حکم اعدام کرد.
حمید حسین‌نژاد ۲۴ فروردین سال ۱۴۰۲ بازداشت شد و پس از آن به مدت ١١ ماه و ١٠ روز در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات ارومیه برای اخذ اعترافات اجباری مبنی بر شرکت در درگیری مسلحانه نیروهای حزب کارگران کردستان با نیروهای مرزبانی مورد شکنجه‌های شدید روحی و جسمی قرار گرفت. در این مدت تنها دو بار تماس کوتاه تلفنی را با خانواده‌اش داشته و از حق دسترسی به وکیل و ملاقات با خانواده هم محروم بوده است.
