惠誉4月10日将中国主权信用评级展望由“稳定”调整为“负面”，但维持中国主权信用评级A+不变。
调降展望是因其认为，中国财政脱离房地产、转入新的可持续轨道的前景有不确定性，未来数年财政政策将使政府债务规模扩张；经济增长放缓也为管理杠杆率带来挑战。
中国财政部发稿表示遗憾，认为财政政策适度加力可推动经济增长，进而稳定宏观杠杆率，这在惠誉的指标体系中“未能有效前瞻性反映”；地方债务风险已得到整体缓解，化解工作有序推进，风险总体可控。

One of the reasons is the company's huge debt levels which stood at ₹43,559 crore at the end of March 2021 compared to the company’s market capitalisation of ₹44,447 crore.
Importantly, that investor viewpoint is not new. It cycles in when conditions are right (and vice versa). It also brings the ineffective warnings of an overpriced market with it.Looking toward a good 2022 stock market, there is no apparent reason to expect these issues to change.
