緬甸上周五（28日）發生強度7.7地震，距離震央1100多公里的曼谷被波及，由中國中鐵的子公司「中鐵十局」承包興建中的審計大樓倒塌，泰國總理貝東丹（Partongtarn Shinawatra）下令調查所有中鐵十局參與的政府工程，以及建材是否合格。
中國駐泰國使館周二以「有關當地媒體就『在泰中國企業事』電話採訪中國駐泰國使館」的聲明作回應，惟通篇聲明沒有直接點出倒塌的大樓是由「中鐵十局」承包，而是含糊地以「在泰中國企業」來稱呼。

The majority of people that hold it are long-term investors.”
A Telegram spokesman declined to comment on the bond issue or the amount of the debt the company has due. The spokesman said Telegram’s equipment and bandwidth costs are growing because it has consistently posted more than 40% year-to-year growth in users.
