中國在倫敦興建「超級大使館」的計劃仍然引發爭議。副首相韋雅蘭（Angela Rayner）將根據規劃檢察官的報告，決定是否批准此項計劃。為表達反對立場，多個在英的香港人組織聯同各族群人士，號召市民於本周六（15日）再次走上街頭，重返舊皇家鑄幣廠（Royal Mint Court）進行抗議，強烈反對在該地點興建新的中國大使館。由於上次示威期間曾有港人被捕，主辦方這次已安排律師當值，並呼籲參加者保持和平理性，遵從警方指示。

The global forecast for the Asian markets is murky following recent volatility, with crude oil prices providing support in what has been an otherwise tough month. The European markets were down and the U.S. bourses were mixed and flat and the Asian markets figure to split the difference.The TSE finished modestly lower on Friday following losses from the financial shares and property stocks.For the day, the index sank 15.09 points or 0.49 percent to finish at 3,061.35 after trading between 3,057.84 and 3,089.78. Volume was 1.39 billion shares worth 1.30 billion Singapore dollars. There were 285 decliners and 184 gainers.
