星链服务获准在越南试运行
越南政府周三表示，已做出决定，允许马斯克旗下SpaceX在越南试运行其星链（Starlink）卫星互联网服务。
越南政府在一份声明中表示，对该服务的外资所有权没有限制，并补充说，试运行期将持续到2030年底。
