发言人陈斌华表示，在民进党当局极力逢迎、拱手相送之下，台积电已成为砧板上任人宰割的肥肉。对台积电变成“美积电”竟然能“乐观其成”，可见民进党眼中只有一党一己之私，根本不把台湾同胞福祉和产业界利益放在心上，为了“倚外谋独”，只会在“卖台”“毁台”的路上越走越远。台湾产业界和民众失去的不只是眼前的工作，还将失去未来的发展机会。对于赖清德这样的“卖台专业户”滥权妄为，岛内社会提出质疑、充满忧虑，理所当然。
