Scopely 收购 Niantic 游戏业务交易落地，Pokémon Go 运营团队不变

3月12日，交易双方均在自己的官网上发布交易相关详情，Niantic作价35亿美元出售Pokémon GO、Pikmin Bloom、Monster Hunter Now 三款IP 的游戏，出售范围包括游戏数据和开发运营团队人员。此外，用于各游戏资源点的现实地理座标中台Wayfarer 和社交平台Campfire 也在出售清单内。

而Niantic 自有IP 游戏如 Ingress Prime 和 Peridot 则不包含在此次出售案中。 Niantic 成立了新公司Niantic Spacial 来承接这两个游戏及其他剩余业务。

在Scopely 发布的官方博客中确认，Pokémon Go 运营团队不变，依然由 Niantic 的 Pokémon GO 团队负责人Ed Wu 继续负责。

Ed Wu 在Pokémon Go 官网上发布长文，向玩家分享了这一消息，并表示相信在Scopely 的全力投入、经验和资源支持下，运营团队有信心把 Pokémon GO 做到极致。

Telegram Gives Up On Crypto Blockchain Project

Durov said on his Telegram channel today that the two and a half year blockchain and crypto project has been put to sleep.
