Instagram is now stacked with young, slim blokes who not only question athletes but think they're somehow qualified to make money as online personal trainers! Worse, they instruct you how to get big whilst clearly never having been through the process themselves. It's like being taught to drive by someone who's still learning. I'm in fairly good shape, and I'd still not make those videos. Instead of working to raise their standards by learning from those who've been through the pain and experience they haven't, they'd rather lower societies by boosting their egos and wallets. I applaud anyone, be they obese or thin, for making an effort. If you're just a person posting your own pictures and progress, good luck to you. But to pretend you're something you're not, especially for money, isn't only the most cringe form of narcasism, but in this case, you're literally lowering societal standards. It may seem petty, but I'm literally seeing so many that it's just made what should be about blood, sweat, and grit into another ridiculous trend that does not push your capabilities or limits. There's a reason we give respect and take advice of those who've earned it. It seems today people have lost this concept. (MOST) personal trainers target people's insecurities and waste their time for cash. In the end, the customer is set low standards or quits, thinking they're genetically inferior. Especially since they sought "professional" help. Honestly, it winds me right up.

As we've all said a million times. If you can predict a pandemic, you could have stopped it. But of course, that would suggest the cause ever existed in the first place.

Not only were the greatest minds involved in their construction and maintenance, but so too were a great many of our ancestors who worked the docks or sailed the ships. This pub/hotel is one of many important locations within the expansive Docklands that once spread from the end of East London all the way to the riverbanks of the city.
