✅FAQ - Should laws related to POSH , dowry harassment etc which were in favour of women owing to historical discrimination against them be made gender neutral .

Purely my opinion - So if there is a possibility of injustice - the onus is on sc to make sure that does not happen. Just like victims should not be stripped of dignity, even the accused should not be stripped off their dignity- its antithetical to the concept of justice- As societies evolve, we need to relook at laws from time to time. we have anecdotal evidence in the form of cases like atul subash which warrants a relook.

⚜️ Performers do enjoy “performers’ rights,” but unauthorized audio/video recordings in sabhas and posts on social media often occur, potentially violating these rights.

⚜️Improvisations, additions, and new creative elements become part of the public domain once performed, raising questions on ownership.

⚜️Many Carnatic compositions are already in the public domain (e.g., works of Purandara Dasa, Tyagaraja), further complicating enforcement of copyright

Not a generic motivational post but just a thought that showcases the vulnerable side of EVERY single ASPIRANT, teachers and essentially EVERY human being- We all have regrets- we all have disappointments- we let ourselves down- unless we accept it, we find it tough to move ahead in life. Change begins with that acceptance- I hope this triggers a chain of thought in your life if you ever feel stuck. Lets make ourselves a promise- lets not take ourselves too seriously🙂 But do take what your work ethic seriously because you will be at peace when you know you did your best! Everybody else DO NOT matter🙂

Note - update regarding the next video of the FREE current affairs series- i noticed that some people were asking about notes- the purpose of these videos is to actually MAKE you complete the tasks- which defeats the purpose if you just get notes- which will just be another pdf lying on your device. Neither you will sit through the video nor will you absorb the content in long run
