⚠️‼️My problem with these sort of articles?- they dont tell us WHAT THIS BALANCED APPROACH should be! and illogically supports freebie model of governance- that is not a solution at all!
➡️So here is my take on this issue : You are free to add any new ideas that come to your mind

⚜️2. Amend the FRBM act, 2003 to include PSUs- Benchmarking against international standards like the European Union's Stability and Growth Pact.( Read about this)

When exposed to light, they can absorb and re-emit it in different frequencies—small dots emit bluer light, and larger ones emit redder light.
