Token Lock Up: All tokens acquired through the Metaverse Odyssey Event will be locked for 30 days after TGE. After 30 days, we will distribute all the tokens you have purchased.

My email has been pre-whitelisted, but cannot use it on Tokensoft as I joined other projects before.

Official answer from Tokensoft
Users need to go to https://onboard.tokensoft.io/ again and they can use the same email and password for registering a new account.

Due to some KYC matters and other questions, pre-whitelisting period will not stop today, it has been extended to 27th Nov.

(So far 17,000+ emails have been pre-whitelisted)

We are coding to make prewhitelisting email updatable! Soon to be announced after testing.

Update Pre-whitelisted Email

Some users reported that they entered wrong email address for Pioneer crowdloan pre-whitelisting for the Metaverse Odyssey Event, our engineers just built the feature (on the weekend) for KSM contributors to update their email address.
