描述：故事发生在抗战初期的上海。日军用无线电定位车破获中共地下情报网，上级派李侠(赵立新 饰)与何兰芬(焦俊艳 饰)与情报站仅存的金达(王国京 饰)、白丽遥(刘莹 饰)等秘密接头，用发假电报的方式诱内奸上钩。李侠设计击毙了日特金达，并伪造身份打进了76号魔窟，为延安方面发送了许多重要情报。日寇投降后，国民党大员接收了上海，军统上海副站长赵子歧(呂行 饰)大发横财，李侠趁机又潜伏在保密局中。

The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
