企查查 APP 显示，近日，甘肃九鼎风电科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为顾柔坚，注册资本为 3000 万元，经营范围包含：发电技术服务；风力发电技术服务；电气设备修理；通用设备修理；专用设备修理；劳务服务（不含劳务派遣）等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由九鼎新材 (002201) 间接全资持股。
