万科在北京成立商业运营管理新公司
天眼查 App 显示，近日，北京欣万商业运营管理有限公司成立，法定代表人为林曈，注册资本 100 万人民币，经营范围包括商业综合体管理服务、非居住房地产租赁、自行车制造、物业管理、停车场服务等。股东信息显示，该公司由北京万科企业有限公司全资持股。
