中曼石油公告，公司董事长李春第先生拟调整增持计划，明确增持主体为中曼控股，增持期限延长至 “自本公告披露后 12 个月内”；增持金额拟调整为 “不低于人民币 18,000 万元，不超过人民币 36,000 万元（含前次已增持金额）。且本公告披露之日起至 2025 年 7 月 17 日前增持金额不低于人民币 2,500 万元。” 增持资金来源调整为 “通过自有资金和股票增持专项贷款增持股份。”
