马来西亚一名二手承包商兼审计师误坠不存在的股票投资骗局，损失129万令吉（39万200新元）。彭亨州总警长雅哈亚星期一（3月31日）发文告说，女事主（43岁）于去年7月16日，被拉入一个名为“C Baird VIP”的WhatsApp群内。《中国报》引述他说，女事主最初参与一项基金投资，投资金额为5万令吉，并取回5万令吉的投资额，另加4万9000令吉的回酬。
