加拿大外交部长乔利3月19日说，加拿大正在与欧盟就国防采购合作进行谈判，出发点是美国总统特朗普对加拿大的主权不尊重。
加拿大总理马克·卡尼此前要求审查该国购买美国F-35战斗机的计划，这项涉及88架战斗机的采购合同于2023年敲定，合同总金额超过190亿加元。
乔利说，需要确认这项采购合同对加拿大是不是最佳投资。他说，加拿大需要有更多选择，需要在国防上构建与欧盟的强大伙伴关系，同时也要加强加拿大自身的国防工业建设。
卡尼刚刚结束对法国和英国的访问，这是他就任总理以来的首次出国访问。他称两国为加拿大最强大、最可靠的合作伙伴，此行目的是加强贸易、商业和国防关系。

Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
There are multiple ways you can search for Telegram channels. One of the methods is really logical and you should all know it by now. We’re talking about using Telegram’s native search option. Make sure to download Telegram from the official website or update it to the latest version, using this link. Once you’ve installed Telegram, you can simply open the app and use the search bar.
