消息人士2月27日透露，韩国军队捕捉到朝鲜今年1至2月向俄罗斯增派超过1000名兵力的动向。据悉，今年前两个月，1000多名朝鲜兵力从清津和罗津地区通过海路或陆路离开。这批兵力离开朝鲜境内后，脱离韩军监视网，因此韩军暂时无法确定这批兵力所在位置。政府人士就此表示，目前正密切关注相关动向。
