陕西商洛，水阳高速K46+200严坪村2号大桥7月19日20:40遇山洪垮塌。截至7月20日12时，已搜救到7辆坠河车、1名生还者、12名遇难者，还有18辆车、31人失联。应急管理部长已率团赴柞水县现场指导，要求抓紧核清人数。习近平指示李强批示，张国清率团赴现场指导。（潇湘晨报，央视新闻）
