台湾，交通部观光署2月7日通告，停止经营赴陆旅行团，以抗议中国民航局1月30日单方面外调台海航线（启用福厦对台海方向的W122和W123航路，相应外移M503的南下航路、使其贴近台海中线的两岸空管界）。
2023年，因应中共方面禁止赴台团队和个人旅游，台湾亦暂缓恢复赴陆的团队游经营（仅可自由行），作为交换开放之筹码；惟迟迟不获回应，遂于11月3日宣布，自2024年3月1日起解禁赴陆团队游经营。今次观光署宣布政策是：已招揽成团者可在3月1日至5月31日照常出发，但不准揽客在6月1日后出团。
陆委会和交通部表示，去年提出的对等恢复两岸团队观光的提议仍然不变，盼陆方尽速响应。
