芬兰研究发现一种蛋白酶可降低早产风险

芬兰奥卢大学研究人员发现一种名为α-1-抗胰蛋白酶 (AAT) 的蛋白质可能有助于预防炎症引起的早产。既往研究指出，早产儿胎盘中的AAT水平低于足月出生的婴儿。目前该大学一项以小鼠为模型的实验研究表明，在无法自然产生这种蛋白质的小鼠中，使用 AAT 治疗可使炎症引发的早产发生率降低一半以上。这一研究结果已于近期在美国生殖研究学会的学术会议上公布。

几十年来，研究人员一直在寻求预防早产的有效方法，但迄今为止尚未出现持续有效的治疗方法。如果 AAT 的保护作用在进一步的研究中得到证实，这可能标志着预防早产及其相关健康并发症方面迈出了重要一步。

It would probably outstrip the interest we saw during the ICO. Why? Because as of right now Telegram looks like a liberal application that can accept anyone - right after WhatsApp and others have turn on the censorship,” he says.
