特斯拉交付量创两年来最差表现
特斯拉最新财报显示，今年第一季度全球交付量为336,681辆，创下逾两年最差季度表现，较去年同期下降13%，环比上季度锐减32%。分析指出，CEO埃隆·马斯克的政治争议是主因之一，其领导的“DOGE”机构引发的政策争议及公众不满，导致品牌声誉受损。
此外，特斯拉在中国和欧洲两大市场面临严峻挑战：欧洲销量同比暴跌49%，德国市场更下滑76%，部分归因于马斯克公开支持德国极右翼政党；中国销量同比下降11.5%，受比亚迪等本土车企激烈竞争冲击。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
