بر اساس سرشماری مذهبی سال ۲۰۲۰ آمریکا، ۶۴ درصد از شهروندان این کشور خود را مسیحی می‌دانند. این در حالی است که حدود ۳۰ درصد خود را معتقد به یک مذهب خاص به حساب نمی‌آورند.
