السؤال: فضيلة الشيخ سليمان بن ناصر العلوان حفظه الله ما حكم من عزم على الأضحية فأخذ من شعره وقلم أظفاره؟ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الجواب: يُكره على مَنْ يُضحي أن يأخذ من شعره أو بشرته شيئاً؛ لحديث أم سلمة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: (إذا دخلت العشر وأراد أحدكم أن يضحي فلا يمس من شعره وبشره شيئاً) رواه مسلم ، من طريق سفيان عن عبد الرحمن بن حميد عن سعيد بن المسيب عن أم سلمة. وجاء بلفظ (فلا يأخذنَّ شعراً ولا يَقْلمنَّ ظُفُراً). ورواه من طريق مالك عن عمر بن مسلم عن سعيد عن أم سلمة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: (إذا رأيتم هلال ذي الحجة وأراد أحدكم أن يضحي فليمسك عن شعره وأظفاره). وبالكراهية قال أكثر أهل العلم، وهذا مذهب مالك والشافعي وأحمد في رواية. وقال أبو حنيفة: (لا شيء على من أخذ من شعره وأظفاره). وقال إسحاق، وأحمد في رواية: (يحرم) لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن ذلك، والأصل في النهي أن يكون للتحريم. وجاء الأمر بالإمساك في قوله: (فليمسك عن شعره وأظفاره) والأصل في الأمر أن يكون للإيجاب مالم يصرفه صارف، ولكن إذا أخذ من شعره قبل أن يضحي بدون عذر أجزأته أضحيته بالاتفاق. وأما المُضحى عنه ومن يضحي عن غيره بوكالة أو وصية فلا يُكره في حقهما أخذ شيء من الشعر والأظافر، ولا كراهية على المضحي في غسل الشعر وحكه وإزالة المؤذي من ظفر ونحوه، والله أعلم. أخوكم سليمان بن ناصر العلوان 28 / 11 / 1421 هـ

Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on Android

This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
