كما سيتم منح اللاجئين بطاقة إئتمان يشترون من خلالها كل ما يحتاجون إليه من المتاجر(تتعاقد معها الولايات)، وذلك بهدف منع إرسال أموال المساعدات النقدية إلى بلدهم الأصلي.
