⚓️Для сведения. Со вчерашнего дня (с 28.03.2022г.) отменено Предписание Банка России от 10 марта 2022 г. № 018-34-3/1570, вводящее запрет на списание ценных бумаг со всех иностранных лиц (https://base.garant.ru/403711812/)
Основанием для отмены стало Предписание Банка России от 25.03.2022г.№018-34-3/2231
То есть, в настоящее время в отношении иностранных лиц, не входящих в список «недружественных стран», запретов на проведение операций с ценными бумагами нет.
В отношении иностранных лиц, входящих в список недружественных стран, продолжают действовать ограничения, установленные Указом Президента №81 от 01.03.2022г. и №95 от 05.03.2022г.
