中国海关总署6月20日宣布恢复允许台湾番荔枝（凤梨释迦）报关输入。在此之前，中国大陆自2021年9月20日起禁止进口台湾凤梨释迦，理由是多次检出介壳虫。
国台办发言人说，愿继续为恢复台湾农渔产品进口提供帮助。台湾农委会发稿说，此次仅部分果园和包装厂获准恢复输陆，再次呼吁应在《两岸农产品检疫检验合作协议》平台协商检疫规范，并就其他被禁产品作技术对话，尽早恢复贸易。
中国国民党副主席夏立言、台东县长饶庆铃均出席了6月17日的海峡论坛，就农渔产品解禁、恢复来台观光就学、落实共打协议等重点关切作声请；国台办主任宋涛当场表示，对解禁凤梨诉求高度重视，将妥善安排。
