隨著中國武力犯台的憂慮升高，據報日本政府認為有必要優先強化西南地區的國防，計劃明年3月前在九州部署陸基長程導彈，射程將覆蓋北韓和中國山東、江蘇等華東沿岸地區。
中國國防部發言人張曉剛上周表示，日本近年不斷突破《和平憲法》約束，在強軍擴武道路上越走越遠，這是危險和不得人心的；中方要求日方深刻汲取歷史教訓，在軍事安全領域謹言慎行，多做有利於地區和平穩定的事。

Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
