找了半天的 KubeVirt 新版本的 network binding plugin 该怎么实现，看上去是提供了 hook 可以在 libvirt 启动 vm 前修改 libvirt 配置文件。这样的话原则上这个 hook 是为了网络配置准备的，但我岂不是可以通过这个 hook 改所有的 vm 启动配置了。
