好旺担保仲裁原则017：保时规则
1、不论保时多久需在规则内写明司法反馈时间（不能少于保时内的时间，白资除外默认永久反馈追溯）规则内未约定反馈时间的默认反馈不限时。
2、如料方打款违规料不受规则反馈时间限制，规则应明确写明突发此类情况的赔偿处理方案（不可以利用规则反馈时间超时拒绝处理）。
3、如料方保时没保住
1）双方有约定的按照协议规则赔偿。
2）卡费赔付双方未约定的不赔付卡费，打款金额与卡内余额哪个少赔付哪个，最高不超过打款金额。
